  • The medicine man: Jack Benny is the smooth-talking, traveling medicine man peddling his health tonic through the dusty Midwest towns in the 1930's. He falls in love with the beautiful Betty Bronson but soon is being chased out of town by the local sheriff
  • Disorder in the court: The usual comic mayhem ensues when The Three Stooges takes to the court as witnesses for their dancer friend who stands falsely accused of murder. The proceedings become anything but orderly when the stooges intervene, but in spite of it all, they somehow manage to save the day and find the real culprit
