Summary
  • Sing a song of six pants: The Three Stooges are tailors who are at risk of losing their equipment to a loan company unless they can come up with the money to pay their loan. A wanted bank robber ducks into their shop to avoid the police and he leaves behind a suit with a safe's combination written down on a note in a pocket. The boys find the note and figure out whose clothes they have so when the robber returns to claim the suit, they can capture him for the reward. As usual, nothing quite goes as planned for our heroes
  • Flying deuces: Whilst in Paris, Stan and Ollie are persuaded to join the French Foreign Legion so that Ollie can forget his failed romance with their innkeeper's daughter Georgette. After being in the legion for as long as they can take it, they want to get out, which is not so easy
  • The blacksmith: A blacksmith's apprentice inadvertently gets his boss jailed, a white horse covered with oil stains, and wrecks an automobile
  • Africa screams: Bookseller Buzz Johnson persuades the lovely but villainous Diana Emerson that cowardly Stanley Livington, who's even afraid of a housecat, is a wild game hunter. Diana claims she wants to capture a rare orangutan, but she's really searching for diamonds, and she doesn't mind subjecting the boys to lions, hungry cannibals, and even a giant ape to get them
  • The golf specialist: In his first sound film, W.C. Fields poses as a golf instructor at a fashionable hotel and gives some hilarious golf lessons to the jealous house detective's wife. This comedy presents Fields in his famous golf act he had used so often on the stage prior to this film
